README for 'umslib90.lha'


'umslib90' is the first release of UMS V9.

This  archive  may  be freely copied and distributed, as long as it is
left  unchanged  and not used for commercial purpose.  Usage of others
packers  is  allowed,  but  the single files may not be changed and no
files  may  be  added  or  removed  from  the archive.  If you want to
distribute  UMS  together  with  commercial or shareware software, you
need a permission from one of the authors (see below) first.


Since  there  is  no newsreader and no exporter, this archive is still
USELESS to USERS!!!

It is only meant to allow programmers that want to write programs for
UMS to have a first look at it.
